Managing open files on Microsoft Server 2008

2008 has introduced a right pane on most open windows, which can be easily overlooked considering your not used to it. To manage open files and sessions in Microsoft Server 2008, right click on my computer, manage, then drill down to Roles>Files Services>Share and Storage Management. On the right pane you will see the option “Manage open files”, as below:
